1. Lash Appointment Info

If you suspect your lashes may have been done incorrectly, please make sure to book a new set and a removal or contact us before booking. We are only able to work on lashes that are done correctly as the health of your natural lashes is very important to us - in case the lashes are not done correctly, we unfortunately cannot work on them until the lashes are removed.

Please make sure you have atleast 40% of extensions are remaining at your infill, as any less will be priced as a new set.

3. What lenghts / curls do you offer?

We offer lash extensions in curls C, CC, D L and M in lenghts 6-13mm. We also have lash fibers in both black and brown colors, as well as some other colors. Feel free to ask about a specific color you might want to try out!

4. Is there an age limit?

We do not perform our services on anyone under the age of 16.

5. Contraindications?

Contraindications for lash extensions are pink eye (must wait around 14 days after healing), styes, any allergic reactions in the past and active blepharitis. 

Contraindications for eyebrow lamination and GLAMBrows are pregnancy or breastfreeding, previous allergic reactions to lash lift or brow lamination or any hair or eyebrow dyes or tints in the past (GLAMBrows also includes henna), any rashes or open skin around the brow area or active skin or eye infections.

6. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept card payments or cash or pre-payment on our booking site Timma. Please make sure to bring the exact amount of cash as we might not have any extra change on hand.
